Fees for 2017

Vehicle: £5.00 ( on the day registration £7.00)

Subject to availability of space on the rally field, entrants can register on the weekend, at the Late Registration Desk on Station Road. The 'on the day fee' is TBA per vehicle per day. Due to the limited space available on Calder Holmes Park only vehicles registered within the date limits of each class can be accepted.

Stalls:£20 per day,
(Double pitches £40 per day)

As usual, when they arrive on the rally field, all entrants will receive a programme, including a list of entrants and a memento of the rally. There will be prizes for all classes.

We would like to emphasise that all profits made from the rally will be distributed to local, national and international charities and good causes and that all volunteers working at the event give their time freely. The entry fee goes someway to deferring the direct costs of the rally and thus helps us raise money for those in need and those less fortunate than ourselves.

There are classes for a wide variety of vintage, veteran and classic vehicles and other collectable forms of transport including a relatively new class for pedal cars, soapbox racing cars, and bicycles. We hope this addition will enhance the event and encourage entrants from young enthusiasts.

Once again we will be organising a Scenic Run but around a different route. If you would like to participate in the run, which takes place on the Sunday, please indicate so on your entry form.

If you have some additional information about your vehicle please either enclose it on a separate sheet or write it on the back of the entry form or attach it as a file with your on-line registration form and we will endeavor to include it in the programme and may be able to use it in any promotional material we release to the media. Confirmation of your booking and your rally registration card will be sent out from June onwards.

This year we hope to provide the usual entertainment on the park for your enjoyment. The two-day event attracts a wide variety of vehicles from across the country and there is the added bonus of being able to watch the Historic Commercial Vehicle Society’s ‘Trans Pennine Run’ pass through Hebden Bridge on the Sunday.

We look forward to welcoming all motoring enthusiasts to Hebden Bridge in August.
