MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 20TH JULY IS THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-BOOKING TO RECEIVE A POSTED ENTRY CARD.
ENTRY CARDS FOR ALL VEHICLES BOOKED PRIOR TO THE ABOVE DEADLINE WERE DISPATCHED BY 2ND CLASS POST ON WEDNESDAY 23RD JULY. WE ARE AWARE OF POSTAL DELAYS FOR SOME EXHIBITORS. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY CARD IN THE MORNING POST OF THURSDAY 31ST JULY PLEASE EMAIL US AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN ELECTRONIC CARD WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT OUT AND FILL IN, THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS: vw-vehicles@hebdenrotary.org.uk
9.00 PM FRIDAY 1ST AUGUST IS THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-BOOKING AT THE DISCOUNTED COST OF £8-00, LATE ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT WILL BE CHARGED AT £15-00, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MOTORCYCLES WHICH REMAIN AT £5.00. NOTE WE MAY HAVE TO CLOSE BEFORE THE DEADLINE IF WE REACH PARK CAPACITY.
ALL BOOKINGS RECIEVED AFTER THE 20TH JULY WILL NEED TO PRINT YOUR OWN ENTRY CARD WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. NOTE THIS MAY MEAN YOU GET YOUR ENTRY CARD ON FRIDAY 1ST AUGUST IF YOU BOOK LATE.
LAST TIME FOR ENTRY INTO THE PARK IS 11.30 AM PROMPT, DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY.
Registration for people wanting to exhibit their vehicles is now open. To encourage pre-booking due to problems with buses and rail users with the limited available space at the park entrance, entry fees are reduced to £8.00 per vehicle this year (please note its £15.00 for all vehicles other than motorcycles for late entries this year but you can pre-book up to the eve of the event). You may also attend the event as a late entry on the day providing there is room on the park, please see the late entry page. If you would like your vehicle to appear in our very popular programme please pre-book it before midnight on 11th July 2025.
Please note this year you will need to book before midnight on 20th July to receive a posted entry card, after this date all pre-bookers will have to print out the email you were issued with to enter the park.
