DEADLINES
MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 12th JULY 2026 IS THE DEADLINE FOR THOSE EXHIBITORS WISHING THEIR VEHICLE TO APPEAR IN THE EVENT PROGRAMME.
MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 19th JULY 2026 IS THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-BOOKING TO RECEIVE AN EMAILED ENTRY CARD SHORTLY AFTER THIS DATE.
3.00 PM FRIDAY 31st JULY 2026 IS THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-BOOKING AT THE DISCOUNTED COST OF £8-00, LATE ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT WILL BE CHARGED AT £15-00, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MOTORCYCLES WHICH REMAIN AT £5.00. NOTE WE MAY HAVE TO CLOSE BEFORE THE DEADLINE IF WE REACH PARK CAPACITY.
ALL BOOKINGS RECEIVED AFTER THE 19th JULY 2026 WILL RECEIVE AN EMAILED ENTRY CARD ON 31st JULY 2026.
LAST TIME FOR ENTRY INTO THE PARK IS 11.30 AM PROMPT, DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY.
Vehicle registration is now OPEN. The pre booked entry fee is £8 per vehicle again this year. If you would like your vehicle to appear in our very popular programme please pre-book it before midnight on 12th July 2026.
Late entries will be £15 per vehicle other than motorcycles and only available if space permits. Please see the late entry page. If you would like your vehicle to appear in our very popular programme please pre-book it before midnight on 12th July 2026.
Please note this year exhibitors entry cards WILL NOT BE POSTED due to postal delays in recent years. Entry cards will be emailed after the 19th July 2026, you will therefore need to check your email in that week, print out the blank card and write on using large numerals your Rally Number which will be given in the email. Pre-bookers after midnight on 19th July will receive an emailed blank entry card on 31st July 2026.
The vehicle classes are given below and your vehicle depending on type and age, must fall into one of those categories on the day to be eligible. Please scroll down and check for the correct day for you to enter, you can come on both days if your vehicle is eligible on both days. If you want to come one day in one vehicle and the second day in another vehicle then please make a booking for each vehicle separately.
ENTRY CARDS MUST BE DISPLAYED IN YOUR WINDSCREEN UPON YOUR APPROACH AND ENTRY AND THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY ON THE PARK.
